 **PLEASE NOTE!! If you are paying for your registration by cheque, you will have one (1) week from the date you register to drop your cheque off at the MSA office. If we have not received payment after one (1) week, your registration will be removed and an e-mail sent you informing you of the same.

U4 / U6 / U8 • $65 early bird - $105 regular*

U10 / U12 • $100 early bird – $140 regular*

U14 / U16 / U18 • $110 early bird – $150 regular*

*(We are pleased to announce that there will be no increase in fees for the  2010 season!)

 Jersey deposit ($75, postdated for Aug 1, 2010) required to play first game – to be handed in to your coach at the first game / practice.

Refund Policy:

Before May 15 – 100% of fees less 10% Administrative Fee

May 15-31 – 50% of fees less 10% Administrative Fee

After June 1 – No Refunds

WE HAVE REACHED OUR MAXIMUM NUMBERS AT U4, U6, U8, AND U12GIRLS AND ARE NEARING MAXIMUM AT MOST OTHER AGE GROUPS. IF THE AGE GROUP YOU REQUIRE IS NOT OFFERED AT THE REGISTRATION LINK AND YOU WISH TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST FOR THAT GROUP, PLEASE FORWARD AN E-MAIL TO THE REGISTRAR WITH THE SUBJECT LINE READING “WAITING LIST – (AGE GROUP)” AND INCLUDE THE PLAYER’S NAME, DATE OF BIRTH AND A CONTACT NUMBER. IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THE E-MAILS ARE RECEIVED. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!!
